What to request for blood panal

Hoping someone can help. I have an apointment tomorrow with the doc to request blood work and am not sure exactly what to request. I have looked around but cannot find concise info online. I assume because it varies dependant upon reasoning. So I am going in due to low libido which has been ongoing for sometime although i think it was related to recreational decisions in the past. since dropping those bad habits it has improved but is nothing like I remember. Also I want any markers that indicate diet is on the right track or the wrong one. and thirdly anything non standard that has a benefit.
To recap
low libido
dietary indicators
any extras

I am almost hoping something is off as then I would have a direction to go to increase my sex drive. Oh and I've been off gear now over 7 months. if that makes a difference.

Ask for the Female Hormone Panel. If you've been off gear then the capped 1500 total test panel should be ok.

Overanalyzer I just finished up with the doc. let me share. Mind you i am in canada so if your not this might not help but w.e.
I asked for a female hormone panl and lipids. explaining my steroid use and what not. She was adamant I only needed my test levels checked and lipids. It took some pushing to get estrogen progesterone and dhea checked. it seems GP's have limited training on these subjects which is understandable. I had to mention I have looked into this on trt boards where this advice is coming from endocrinologists she somewhat reluctantly agreed. If you are paying for your tests this will be no issue but if talking to a doc you may have to pry slightly. ALso upon recieving my req' I noticed it appears to only be testing total test. I did a bit more reading and then sent a request to have the panel modified to test for total and free test. From my reading it appears that anti estrogens and such can mess with the balance. a simple testosterone test will miss this.

Thanks for this feedback brother.

What is your cycle history?

not a ton of cycles 4-5 0ver 5 years. usually 12-16 week. test based never above 800 plus other compounds. eq and masteron. last on was tren. I did okay "on" tren but coming off with clomid was a really tough time mentally. I'm off till I sort my **** out and get established.

Oh plus I've done amavar twice but started with tnt blend and bunk pct. had minor gyno ever since so all cycles since number have contained ai's. I like aromasin.

Yes I will gladly post. If there are any issues I will also add more details to my protocols, best I can rmemeber. If something I did ****ed me up maybe I can save someone else the same issue. :) I tested hormones yesterday but i was not fasted so must go back for lipids. Ps test is higher in am so if maybe wise not to get test checked at the same time as lipids which you test after fasting in am.

Estradiol Lvl $ 28 pmol/L [28-156]
Progesterone Lvl $ 4.5 H nmol/L [0.7-4.3]
My estrogen levels are on the low end for male reference. the progesterone levels are high but the reference levels are for females no baseline for males came with the results so I will be doing some research on my own. I am still waiting on more results but even if my doc clears it all as normal I will be doing my own research into the numbers. I am still dealing with a gp. I do not have confindence in there knowledge regarding the topic. Also as far as I understand the reference points are not solely enough to rely on even being low but in the points can cause problems for what limited knowledge I have.

After my initial bout of gyno I ran letro among other things in a naive attempt to reverse my gyno. I have never been the same since then although I cannot say with certainty that it was letro or even anything aas related. I only speculate. My past drug use and depression that came from a break up all were potential contributing factors. I am aware letro is a very powerful drug and I ran it at stupid doses. I would say I abused it not used it. Despite potential other contributing factors I speculate letro is my biggest red flag but I will continue to follow up here. If i can speak with an endocrinologist I will try and dig deeper hopefully provide some lessons for others.

My test levels both bio available and total are low as well. I recommend anyone with concerns not simply listen to your GP. Ask to see results for your self and ensure the proper test are being run.
