So I got my gear today and it seems that both vials have something floating in it, like tiny pieces of fluff. What do I do?

Contact source, complain, try and get replacements. If not successful, chalk it up as a loss. Find new source. Do not inject.

Maybe the gear crystallized due to cold weather during shipping and your describing it wrong? Pics would help, try putting it in a bowl of hot water. But definitely don't pin as of now.

Def's not crystals, I can see its a piece of red wool or cotton. But it's all sorted out now, exchanging it tomorrow for a new batch . Hopefully they clean this time. Thanx for the replies
