What to do in-between blasts?

I am currently starting week 7 of what is a "12" week blast. Really 14 if you consider how I am doing the orals on the backend.

A little Clen and Proviron sprinkled in.

I will be PCT and not cruising (not gonna happen right now). I want to maintain and even make some progress between blasts. In my log, I state that my thyroid is ****. I want to just put myself on a replacement dose of T3 25mcg daily. I will have to have a full replacement at some point and my prescription (T4) only puts me at the shitty end of the normal range. So weight loss and metabolism are a real struggle. So who has put themself on a replacement dose? Should there be anything I am concerned about? Again this is bound to happen as I have 2 diagnosed thyroid diseases. My thought is why fucking struggle for the next 5 years while it dies off? Why take steps backward?

Next, I want to go on a year-round 25mg Proviron. I have read it does not suppress the HTPA axis at all. From what I read it would help libido, hardness, slight muscle building from the "free test" and also some slight weight loss from blocking Estrogen.

So what is anyone's take on this? Help maintain gains, trim down slightly, ect.

Beat off. That’s what I’d recommend doing to pass the time between blast. 👍
 
My 2 cents would be to not try and cut more fat while in pct. You’re removing the anabolic stimulus (peds) while adding something that is inherently catabolic (t3). All while trying to recover hormonal output. That’s a recipe for losing any muscle you gained during cycle.

Ideally you’d go into more of a holding phase for a little while. You could use peptides which would help stave off catabolism and mobilize fat to help keep you leaner.

My first reaction would be to tell you not to cut during pct, but if you’re dead set on it I’d use peptides or gh to help hold onto whatever I gained.
 
Proviron can hit the lipids. And for some, it can be suppressive. If you try it, pull bloods after 4-6 weeks and see what your LH & FSH and lipids are doing to make sure it’s sustainable for you. Most people 25mg isn’t suppressive and lipids can otherwise be maintained, but don’t assume, check.

Also, you will get used to it, so it won’t really give the libido magic forever if you just stay on it. I mean you will kind of accommodate. Probably better to incorporate for little 6 week waves periodically.
