What time to take nolva??

When is the best time of day to take nolva on cycle? Ill be taking 20mg a day to keep some prexisting gyno from flaring up and am not sure what would be the best time to take it. Also for pct what should I take it?

it doesnt matter, it has a long half-life, most take their full dose right before bed

i take mine in the morn'n, and works fine, again long half life so it really doesnt matter.

Also for pct what should I take it?

First, what are you asking? You dont have a PCT lined up? Or are your wondering about a dosage scheme since you'll have taken Nolva during your cycle already.

And about timing, on cycle i've had sucess with taking 10mg at night, 10mg during the day, its more of a mental thing for me. Plus, the lower amount of toxic materials you put into your body, the better.
