What time of day to take Formasin? Does it matter?

I started my T-1 final cycle this morning. I bought some Formasin to take to keep any side effects in check. Does it matter WHEN I take it? Nighttime, midday?

I have considered not taking it until tommorow because I figure that the T-1 is just getting into my system good today.

Any advice guys?
