what test should I order to rule out cushing syndr

If you have been diagnosed with Cushings Syndrome then your practicioner should have given you treatment options. Since you're here posting it seems highly unlikely you have been diagnosed by a professional. See a professional not an internet forum.
 
Couldnt you get much better info by a full hormone panel?
