Got the Antaeus labs version of that.
The only Racetam that actually worked for me next to Pram.
And only needed one cap too.
Tried two caps once and I got a mad headache so I probably needed to add Choline to it then.

I also got some enhanced concentration, memory and alertness affects from Albu/Clen even though they are used for other purposes.

I know a lot of people go lethargic but they had me like Roadrunner for at least 9 hours.

I absolutely know how you feel! Luckily, my field is literature, so the facts and stuff that I had to remember were quite easy for me, but my husband is in medical school and he really needs his brain to function on the superpower level :(

I don't think that there is a magical pill that can help you do what you want. Or at least not without causing some damage. However, hubby used NZT.1, I'm not sure if I can mention the brand here, but it worked perfectly, at least for him...
 
I personally do fine with caffeine, aniracetam and a choline source. Law school is about all the reading you can possibly imagine and you score much higher in tests if you can make cases on exams (there's typically 100-200 per class).

I've found that combo to best improve memorization during cram sessions.

I took 2 caps yesterday with some caff to start a mid term. I had a bad headache and pain behind my eyes and ears
 
Considering most speculate that the movie was inspired by Adderall, either getting a script or building a nootropic stack designed to have similar effects is the closest you'll get. The movie is obviously blown way out of proportion. For a basic stack I'd suggest the following:
Aniracetam 750mg
Alpha-GPC 300mg
PQQ 10mg
Fish Oil 1000mg

All washed down with a cup of strong black coffee 2-3 times per day depending on how long your work day, project or assignment is.
