What stage did he cycle?

I have to give big props to this guy, he made an amazing transformation! Took him 2.5 years of hard work after his wife cheated on him.

He says he is 100% natty, I'm not trying to
Prove he is or isn't I personally think he did cycle and understand why people sadly have to deny it!

My question is what stage do you guys think he started to cycle and also what do you think he used?

As I said I'm not bashing him, he did a great job!!
