What Specifically to Do for Glute Imbalances?

I was doing some leg swings as warm-ups. It was harder to do it with my left leg swinging.

I remember that it seems this glute is always weaker, despite being right handed. My guess is lateral pelvic tilt has something to do with this.

What can I do to diagnose and correct such an imbalance?
 
Single leg hip thrusts, torso and leg both elevated so your butt can be down below both for starting point. Just started with my coach and I can tell hip/glute strength is going to be a big part of the program(should help considering my disc issues). Did these this week for the first time and they’re brutal.
