your 140lb after a d bol run?? are you kidding?? dude eat some food, eat everything from steak and green veggies to mcdonalds. you NEED calories bad.
Start by eating 5-6 real meals a day, post wo drink a whey/dextrose shake and 1st thing AM followed my large meals. you should be able to pack on 25-35lb in 5-6 months at your weight.
