What should i do???? m5aa question

I am starting to shed while using m5aa, should i stop using it all together or should i order some spiro. i had noticed a slight shedding a few days ago but while washing my hair last nite there was quite a few in my hands.
 
Personally, I would order custom's hair package. I think it's spiro, azeilic acid and minoxidil. Should take care of you pretty well.

That is up to you, but if you are losing it on cycle you are likely to have the mpb gene, and thus will continue losing it, at least in the future. If you want to be on the safe side you can go for prevention now. At the very least I would say take precautions during every cycle from now on.
 
thanks guys. i ordered spiro and minoxidil. i think i will lower my dosage and hope that along with those two items will help it out. goin bald when i get older is one thing but i would prefer not to have to shave my head at 23
 
I would at least add nizoral. You can buy the active ingredient from custom and make your own. You can also buy it already made, 2%, from a site that is listed in Big Vrunga's brilliant hairloss thread. Everything you could need to know is in that thread. I think you should use something additional b/c spiro smells like ass (actually, skunk), so you can only use it at night, before bed. Add niz, and maybe Azelaic Acid, and you will have something to bind your dht receptors as much of the day as possible.

thanks by using thses do you think i could still run m5 and now be ok, or if i wanna keep my hair should i just drop it?
 
I really can't give you an answer to that b/c everyone is different. I know that I wouldn't risk the hair for the sake of the strength and cuts of M5AA, but with these preventitive measures you might be alright. Are the benefits worth the risks to you?
 
hell no. i just didnt know if they would completely stop the shedding or not. i wont risk it. i will wait till my hair is naturally falling out to mess with dht compounds again
