well your first step should be to read through the weight loss section of the forums. Your diet will be the biggest part of it and if you can nail down a good diet you'll be well on your way. Theres tons of threads on this very topic so your best bet is to just look/search through the forums and you'll find everything you need.

if your tryin to cut and gain lean mass muscle then i would take Revolt b.c it works like wins. If you diet right and eat high protein low carb you should be fine. and do at aleast 30 min of cardio a day preferably stair master.
