What problems have you faced gaining mass over the years??

For me, sleep has been the biggest issue apart from needing new clothes which is a non-issue.

I’m finding gain weight too quick and I can’t get comfy. My chest is in the way and can’t settle in the same positions I used too. Since a lot of that weight has gone down, as was mostly fat, now I find myself waking up with sore traps/shoulders and finding it tough to find the right positions to sleep in.

Unfortunately, I have restless leg which makes it impossible to fall asleep on my back. However I do wake up on my back a lot.

What challenges have you found over the months / years?
 
Any time I'm over 210-215 I get pinched nerves in my shoulder or back. Wherever it stems from it eventually makes my right arm go numb all the way down to my fingertips and it happens every time I get a certain amount bigger than I normally am. Typically for me it's over 215 lb
 
@Smont I think me and you might have the same body type! My left arm i'll flare up my ulnar nerve every once in awhile, probably from over training or the way I lean on it. When it flares it will be achy and some tingles.

Same on the sleep. I probably get 5-6 hours per night on average. Would like to get 7-8 but that rarely happens.

When I'm sitting around, I also lean to one side a lot too and it makes it worse for sure
 
Few things:
-Quads (inner thighs) rubbing against each other when going for a longer walk/hike.
-Gotta eat more, gotta **** more, so more time spent on shopping, meal prep, actual eating and toilet time.
-The bigger i get the slower i get, cardio gives up a bit.
-Can wear only particular clothing brands/styles especially for pants.
-My GF complains that when I put my arm around her when we sleep it's pinning her down xD

Yeah I’ve had that complaint before but it was more when I was actually lying on top she couldn’t breathe 😆
