what , or is there a list of required blood work?

wanting to know the biggest list of stuff to get checked out for my next doc appointment as far as blood tests, and any others such as cortisol tests ?


need as in depth list as possible...


(where can i do bloods myself?, or can one walk in with insurance and just get them done?

CMP, CBC, TSH, free T3, free T4, Cortisol, Vitamin D, Cardio-CRP, Estradiol, free and total testosterone, IGF-1, DHEA-S, SHBG, Iron, fasting isulin, and HgbA1C. I would also get either a VAP or NMR for the cholesterol, standard cholesterol panels are useless.

thanks all! i figured matrix might have an in depth blood work thread i just could not find it
