If he can get true placebo effects, that has been proven to be crazy for strength. 30-40lbs on the big 3 in 6 weeks on already international elite IPF natural lifters who’s team coach for world’s was also a professor who cruelly lied to them for his study. As soon as they were told they were not given real orals like they initially were led to believe, they lost all their placebo gains.

But muscle growth, you can’t placebo that.
