Somnidren contains phenibut.. actually from what I can tell it contains a lot of phenibut.

Phenibut works well for many things. It aids recovery, gives energy, aids sleep and quality of sleep. It also has positive effects on focus and mood.
The effects are noticeable and pleasant ... it also relieves anxiety to the extent I'd compare it to Xanax
Downsides: its addictive physically .. its pscycoactive to the point if you take too much you may as well be drunk... withdrawals are terrible and last a week.
Don't take it daily or you will quickly become addicted..
