Plan is August 27th the first day of my semester.
My stats are: 22years old
5' 11" 175lbs 9% body fat.
lifts are Bench 5 x 225
Squat 5 x 245
Deadlift 5 x 295
Military Press 5 x 135
Barbell row 5 x 185
I want to stay on the mild side so the products I want to use can use an otc pct. I was thinking a Alphamass (1-Andro), AndroHard(DHT), and something else. any thoughts? Looking to run a 8week cycle of these products. PCT will be Erase Pro, Anabeta Elite, Vidatest. daa
Previous history was a 1-ad/4-ad/alphamass 6 weeker. I gained a solid 7lbs and 2.6 % body fat I finished at about 8%. Plan for this bulk is to do compound lifts pyramid style combined with plyometrics/HiiT.
