-Cannibal Kraken whey protein. well, obviously I'm a cannibal eating humans for the rich protein

How is clear muscle? Difference you have noticed in your physique? I have an 8 weeks supply but not sure if I should use it.

It is the King of recovery by far. Use it in a time you can manage to workout more hours/day and days/week. If you dont do that, it is worthless. If you do, gains come, at least in my experience and of others like Danes. For me, it is one of the best supps out there; you can actually see difference while on it. Unfortunately, because the study on it mentioned gains too good to be true, people, including in this forum, simply make fun of it. Try it.

I used it a couple years back and it's as exactly as you described. Did their overreaching program and doms literally disappeared and I could handle lots of volume and stayed pumped all the time . Would definitely like to run again...

I was thinking about running it during my cut which starts in 2 weeks.

Why Havnt you tried Chemical One or Four in place of legendary? I've been making pretty good process with it.

How are you liking the MK? How many mg's a day? Are you splitting doses?
Not sure if that was for me, but ill comment anyway haha. I've only been on the mk for 5 days, i think its probably too early to tell, but im just taking 12.5 mg before bed right now. If i took two doses thatd be 5 mgs of melatonin, and i feel pretty groggy if i take more than 3 mgs, so i think im just going to stick to 12.5 a day for now. Pretty excited, my muscles do feel a little more full though.
 
Yea it was. I ran it last year and to be honest I didn't get much from it. I don't know if it was the quality or I had my expectations to high. Is the Melatonin inside the MK cap or pellet or you taking it separately? The log I'm running on Chemical 4 blows MK out of the water for water for me.

I try to keep my expectations low anymore, that way everything comes as a pleasant surprise haha. Im taking Somatozine from MA Labs, the melatonin is in the cap. I took regular melatonin before this anyway. How many mg did you run it and for how long?
