What is your opinion on Ostarine?

What's up good people? What is your opinion on Ostarine? I legitimately just want to hear everyone's opinions?

Whether it be using it during PCT, running it solo, or what to stack it with!
 
Ran it solo at 15mg day for 6 weeks. Increase lean muscle (7lbs) cut 1-2% bf. Loved that part. Had gyno symptoms even with a good ai. Hated that part. This was all with zero gym time because of an injury. Other than gyno, the results were great.

I personally havent ran it solo before but i ready up on it in the link above.
From what ive heard Ironmaglabs osta is pretty reputable. A lot of reviews on it. If you want to check it out we carry it over at Strong Supplement Shop. Hope this helps.

Currently using it in pct at 10mg, middle of week four. I read all the threads I could with pros and cons of using it in pct but decided to try myself. Cycle was alpha mass and dienazone double dosed for 6 weeks. Was definitely shut down after cycle.

PCT has been:
Torem 120/90/60/30
Ostra1ne 15/10/10/10
Formastanzol 10 pumps ed
Endosurge turbo
DAA 3g ed

Honestly best pct I have ever had. On cycle went from 194-204. Currently at 203. Have felt great since cycle, balls came back full size at end of week 2. Best part where I know ostraine is helping is I'm almost still as lean, dry, and vascular as I was on cycle. Muscle hardness and pumps are still awesome. So for what it's worth I will always add ostraine to pct from now on.

Have ran it at 20mg for 8 weeks before solo too and had good results as well with a simple otc pct.

Use the search function every once and a while. It helps.
 
Love osta. Just what you need if you have a good physique and low body fat already...it'll seriously just make you look roided out if Yiu already have a good base

I dont normally respond when people make crazy claims, but that is not happening with Osta. You did not put on 7lbs (while dropping ~2% BF), from Osta, without touching a weight. Didn't happen.

I can't rightly sit by and let a newbie think that's an achievable result.

They show you leaned out. Nothing more.

Tbh, a majority of logs (for numerous products -not just ostarine) that I've seen are like this. Where people claim enormous amounts of weight lost/muscle gained, but the the pictures don't show otherwise.

Either we have really crappy selfie skills, or because we're not diet experts a lot of what we see might be water gained/lost.

Hardly any of us do glycogen depletion unless contest prepping, so it's hard to tell how much muscle one might've gained on product x or product z.

Glycogen/water is the only real explanation.

Gaining 7lbs of LBM, while losing ~3lbs fat, and not working out at all just isn't happening on Ostarine.

Unless 99% of us all have bunk/weak Ostarine.

Exactly. Plus most of us are shtty with calipers and don't dexascan each time we notice a change in the mirror, so....

7lbs over 6 weeks isnt much,prob 1/2 is water. The only gym time i had was isometrics and bw lunges. I coudnt and still cant lift because of an auto accident. I took Osta for the anti muscle wasting properties and to see if it would help my joints. The pics show the results i said i had(bad selfie skills,for sure). You obv dont know me,but i dont talk shyt,no point in it. Believe me or not, thats my experience with Osta.

What brand? Maybe you take what you thought you were taking...? @_@
 
Ostarine is a weak bulking compound period. Use it for strength and prevention of muscle wasting. I'm not sold on using it for pct but that's an individual decision.
 
Ill vouch for wicked man. he has only ran on point logs and has zero reason to lie about his experience.

No, no I'm not doubting you or your integrity. I'm simply stating that maybe what you got was something else because those are extraordinary results for ostarine.

This was more or less my point as well. I wasn't trying to attack wicked's integrity. Even if I came across a little harsh, initially.
