Today is my serious bday eat everything Day!

Started with Blueberry fields pancakes, Western Skillet and toast, Jelly donut. Also had a sprinkle donut.

Lunch/dinner will be cheeseburgers, sausages, taco dip, sweet potato fries and dip, jalapeño poppers, cupcakes, fruit, veggies and dip! Maybe some other goodies

- Original Boston Cream with vanilla cake batter filling substituted in
- Dunkin' Donuts are subpar, texture is ok, but quality is lacking. Not enough doughiness or richness in the donut itself.
- Chocolate frosting is decent, but nothing that stands out. The chocolate flavor needs more richness.
- Filling is fantastic. Sweet and rich and has a cake batter aftertaste. Usually DD's filling is underwhelming and artificial, this one was done very well!
- Grade. 7.5/10

I would kill for a solid stout right now. With the heat comes the IPAs. Come back, craft stouts and porters!
 
If you guys like stout (it's like a cheat meal!), you should check out my cousin's brewery, Hoppin' Frog. I don't drink much beer (just whiskey and gin), but his stout wins medals at a bunch of world beer festivals. They make a bunch of other beers too. I'm not affiliated with the company in any way, just throwing it out there because people seem to love his beer!
 
I have family in Cleveland, Ohio and I've actually had the pleasure of having Hoppin' Frog. BORIS the Crusher is one of the best stouts on Earth. Shake his hand for me next time you see him!

that carrot cake looks bomb!

I am cleaning up my cheats for a bit. My go to the past few months has been burger/fries/2 slices of pizza/cookies/brownies/ice cream. Switching to sushi with no desserts for a bit. Want to drastically reduce sugar intake and saturated fats. Trying to reduce some inflammation I have been experiencing.
 
Training is easy, The nutrition is the hard part !!
 
Funny how I comeback in this thread and see people from Akron and Erie. I'm originally from Youngstown, Ohio so definitely familiar with Akron, Erie and of course Cleveland.

Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya is not a cheat meal. Trust me. Have you ever seen a fat Cajun. I mean besides myself, Lol. But thats because I moved to Michigan.
