From 5/6 all of it (earlier picture)
I get 1-2 cheats a week. My cheat meals are small compared to some on here who can throw down much more food then me. Ask Gino or Marty we have had plenty of cheat meals together.. Booneman's Cheat meals are probably 3x the size of mine.

thats the way to do it.. I don't post all my stuff but when I do cheat I do some pretty big meals myself :)

I would be at ample hills every weekend and trying a new pizza joint
a new bakery multiple times a week

Top spots for you in NYC? ever try emmy squared?
 
I never wants to be a really large person (+6'5) or a Man until I got into fitness. All you people can eat so much . My cheat days can be 4000-5000 calories if I'm looking to maintain. If I'm cheating while cutting it's only 2500-3000

yeahhhh i feel that pain... My cheats CAN be ginormous, but if I want to maintain any semblance of fitness, they typicall max out around 3k. Not very exciting. That said, 2-3 times a year i just go all out and pound 20k+ haha

I only ever go into manhattan.. I rarely go into brooklyn (Ample hills is in brooklyn) crime is through the roof the news just doesn't talk about it.. and emmy squared in queens.. I don't go there to much.. I go to some places in jersey because I live only about 5 minutes from some really nice places in jersey ... montvalle, upper saddle river, ridgewood


IMO Levain bakery is just insane... my number one treat in NYC ... another good spot is KESTE pizza... theres so many little spots down in the east or west villlage... mollys cupcakes or city cakes(had great cupcakes)

Purple Glaze is where its at.. Quality is better then Broadstreet. If you love tons of stuff, fillings, and toppings then BroadStreet you may enjoy more (even though the donut is not as good quality wise)

I should just use booneman77 as a mule to carry a bunch back over to save shipping

Available in all walmarts in US.. They are very easy to find the Firework ones.
Missisippi Mud Pie, Waffle & Syrup are starting to show up in specific locations.

Tim's donuts are more like bread with icing than donuts lol

I eat plenty of food (chicken, eggs, yada yada 140is grams protein and I only drink 20 grams of it). I use the milk as a sweet craving killer. I'm full just mentally a fat donut loving frosting obsessed person.

I eat meals like the ones below at least 3xs a day with 2-3 snacks in between

Oh, birthday's are crazy at my office. We have about 50 employees at my location, so people are celebrating all the time. Plus, there is almost always a practice group or business development meeting during the lunch hour with free (good) food. Oh, and starting in early December there is a sign up sheet for people to bring in sweets every day through Christmas. It's insane!

I hear you man!! I am currently contracted to a big place for a large large network refresh. I am on their email chain since I'll be there a while and every day people email 'hey guys it's my birthday! Come celebrate at pole ## by eating 'insert delicious friggen food here'!

Haha it's hard to not eat it!
