I don't eat like this everyday. I am human and practice moderation. You don't get paid to track macros, so I like to enjoy myself in the offseason once/twice a week depending on coaches orders (Cheat meals). Just made the chicken parm, and used my grandmothers gnocchi recipe (She is 100% Italian). Picked up Jack & Frost from the west side of town in Erie.

If you think my cheat meals are great.. you should see booneman77 GNO and mkretz when they go to town. They will put me to shame.

Damn, impressive cooking skills. I see you all over that Whey thread as well. I gotta try some of those recipes.

This thread will definitely be useful on my next clean bulk. Might have to treat myself once in a while.

Haha right? If he ate half the things he posted every day dude would be big (not tall) he is Def doing it sparingly.

Plus if you have a women at home getting rid of ice cream and chocolate stuff won't be an issue. Haha.

No woman is stealing my ice cream gains.
Again you all can eat some pizza or desserts. Learn portion control and realize you don't get paid to track calories or constantly have to meet X or Y calories everyday. It's a hobby don't make it your entire lifestyle. Balance

Most times when buying cookies they are harder on the outside, this is not the case here. The Peanut butter cup filling? Absolutely loaded. Besides an outside layer of only the peanut butter cookie, each and every bite is full of peanut butter and chocolate from the reese cup on the inside. For 360 calories this is a must pickup. I did 50 before between basketball games in middle school when we played a tournament by one out of town.
Never again lol.

Haha, yea, I'll admit that after 48 I was hurting. I got ice cream because, well, you always have room for ice cream! That was back in undergrad at Ohio State. Our waiter at QS was a former line backer at OSU (nobody famous) and was HUGE. Haha he kept pushing me to eat more. I didn't want to let him down.

The one restaurant I miss the most is Mongolian BBQ. I used to tear that place up!
