I've been so disappointed in every "exotic" flavored chip I've ever had. Anyone have any ones they thought were truly great?

I thought those TJs Sriracha chips were great lol.

I thought those TJs Sriracha chips were great lol.

They didn't taste like anything to me. Chips dipped in ketchup... I was thinking they were going to taste like flaming hot chips. :/

Weird, I thought mine had a decent kick, and I'm a big fan of spicy food.

I love Ruffles flavours:
1) Sour cream & Onion
2) All Dressed
3) Sour Cream & Bacon

Poutine was decent too

All Dressed Ruffles are legit...

I'm more of a S&V guy though, and love kettle-cooked. So mrs. Vickies are the most readily available bag of chips I am likely to grab.

Irish club here used to import some absolutely perfect kettle-cooked sea salt, and S&V that I fell in love with and now miss :(

Hot Cheetos dipped in cheese!

I've been meaning to pick up the all dressed. Only saw them once or twice in the USA.

Sour creme and onion are my jam but I consider them a normal, not an exotic. The bacon sounds good tho.

There's also a party mix that is all dressed flavour that I want to try, don't recall the brand.

That's not a chip! Haha

Have you (or anyone) tried the chili cheese Fritos? I love Fritos and those sound good. Might have to get them this weekend.

They're super salty! I don't like them!

We have jalapeno Cheetos on this side of the border. They really are dangerously cheesy.

Had them this morning ha. They're pretty good. Slightly spicy. Step up from Og cheetos

With a line of people around the building, and I had to wait 45 minutes in line. They had 7 people on the line making food. Place was jam packed and a lot of things were running extremely low. Could not even get fajita veggies because they were empty & chicken was running low. Shocked at how busy it was around 3 PM.

They were basically trying to serve as many people as possible and as fast as possible.

I had the Little Cesar's bacon wrapped deep dish pizza last night.

It has been available in Canada for a while but finally decided to try it. I thought
It was better than some of the reviews I read here on AM from people who tried upon release in the US. I love a thick crust pizza that is crispy and it delivered. It didn't have a lot of bacon crumbles on the top of the pizza or a ton of cheese so it didn't weigh it down and make the bottom crust too soft. The bacon strips around the perimeter were okay, nothing spectacular. I did like the fact that came in two separate rectangular pizzas because I like the corner pieces and more bacon strips ha.
Is it Chicago style deep dish quality? Hell No! But for a pizza chain offering at $13.99 CDN + tax I was more than satisfied and would buy it again.

Thats the best pizza you can get in CA GNO?

No, but that's not the point. It was something I was interested in trying, it was affordable, convenient & satisfying.

Don't you try all the new offerings from Dunkin Donuts even though you know what level of quality to expect? That cant be the best donuts you can get either...

Along the same lines, we shouldn't eat Oreos because there are better cookies at a bakery.

RV: Red Velvet cake shells with light, fluffy cream filling
Choc Lover: Chocolate cake shells with chocolate filling
Black Forest: Chocolate cake shells with light, fluffy cream filling and cherry fruit filling.
Mocha: Two moist mocha cake shells with fluffy chocolate filling.

Little C's is a fast food joint. Not my real cup of tea. Plus eating out now and days is getting expensive. What does that come out to 10$ US? thats not too bad though for 2 pizza's. Look at going to like an applebees or basic restaurant. Grab a steak potato and vegetable and its almost like 20$. Ridiculous.

Last time I had LC was about 4-5 years ago when I did the speed challenge on the pizza , not to mention i knew a worker who footed the bill to see how fast i could eat it.

Only reason I don't go to the same donut shop every week is I am a fan of variety or trying seasonal things (Because i know Mighty Fine in Erie is GOAT). I could always go to Chick-Fil-A or Qdoba since I have never been there, but opt for other options or make it myself at home (cost). Only reason I went to Chipolte a few weeks ago the free coupon they offered.

Yeah the equivalent cost in USD would be around $10-11, crazy right.

There is a legit Chicago style deep dish place near me but it is like 2-2.5x the price. But you said it dude, I wanted some variety..I haven't got LC since I was a kid, decade(s) ago so was wanted to rediscover my youth lol.

There is a legit donut shop in the city too, but sometimes you just want LD Honey buns ha.

After seeing some of the pics of your Donuts you get .. I am 100% Jelly.
You must check out Buckeye Donuts when you go to CBUS. The line will be long.. but its worth the wait.
Thank me later when you pass out from a sugar coma.

You guys always make me hungry for Chicago deep dish!

Too many options.

Perry's may be an overlooked brand because it is not offered in most general grocery stores. While the base alone was not a saving grace, the mix-ins really did this pint in to enhance the overall experience. If you are a fan of covered pretzels, sponge candy, and a thick delicious swirl this will really be something to consider. The sweet and salty combination of the mix-ins and swirl take this pint over the top. The swirl is no where near as salty as Ben & Jerry's Salted Caramel swirl offers, so the salt is not overpowering to the point of turning people away. The Perry's combination offers a lot of crunch, a ton of flavor, and a chocolate and caramel lovers delight. I have been burned in the past with Perry's and their mix-ins, this one finally lived up to their name and consistency from start to finish.

Snyders Sweet and Salty S'mores Pretzels

Invalid Link Removed

S'mores are known as Chocolate, Graham Crackers, and Marshmallows. One of American's staple desserts in the summer season. Who does not love toasting a marshmallow between a thick graham cracker with melted chocolate? Snyder's was creative and came out with a Sweet & Salty S'mores flavored pretzel.

Being a pretzel lover. The Sweet and Savory combo sounds like a dream come true. Upon first bite of the pretzels I was a little at a loss for words. The graham cracker seemed without a trace and the marshmallow was next to nothing. Snyder’s use molasses, honey, and dried cane syrup in their attempt to taste the sweetness of a marshmallow. The chocolate is pretty straight forward labeled as cocoa on the ingredient profile.

The pretzels are extremly crunchy and have a strong salty aftertaste that enhances the chocolate/cocoa in each and every bite. After plowing through a serving the marshmallow flavor is hit or miss, but starts to pick up. Eating 1-2 pieces of this will be very hard to gauge how good these really are. The texture and density of the sourdough pretzel really enhances the graham flavor as you continue to eat handfuls at a time. One thing I did find is that some pieces are more flavored than others. Some are very light in chocolate, and some are very heavy. The consistency from start to finish may be off, but don't be fooled these can be very deadly if you love pretzels and s'mores.

Pro's:
- Strong Chocolate Flavor
- Very Thick and Dense pretzels
- The saltiness of the pretzels enhances the flavors of the S'mores.

Cons:
- Hard to put down
- Marshmallow flavor needs to be stronger
- Consistency of the pretzels are hit or miss with stronger flavor

If i went to a chinese buffet on a cheat to just eat chicken. I may as well just cook it at home and it would be 5x cheaper.
Mexican coming up soon, maybe another trip to Primanti's soon. Absolutely love those sandwiches
