What is your favorite cheat meal?

Could do that. Personally i am a sucker for anything buffalo. i love spice.
Cheese and bacon make everything better. Taking to go.. meh.. gotta have it fresh. I am a fiend when the food hits the table as you know haha

Maple Sap Tap was a good pint, but not a great Pint. If I could rescoop some of the previous pints I had in the past I would rank the PB, Almond Butter Chocolate Chunk, Sriracha Peanut, & S'mores a higher grade than this one. The Maple Base did not have enough flavor in it to get an A grade from myself, but the walnut toffee mix-ins really helped raise the overall score of the pint to a degree. With a loaded mix-in pint and a decent base I would probably consider re scooping other flavors off their line before this one. I would not even include this in my top 5 off the Gelato Fiasco Line.

Pumpkin french toast made with pumpkin spice bread, Batter was eggs ,vanilla, cinnamon, splenda,nutmeg, real pumpkin puree. Topped with candied pecans, pumpkin spice cookie butter and syrup and caramel. Honestly one of the best things ive ever eaten.

I will get this past weekends pics up tomorrow night but before i forget a few things i forgot to take pics of

I had krispy kreme 1.5 oreo kreme, 1.5 salted caramel. raspberry glazed, glazed kreme filled, custard filled, 5 glazed, blueberry cake, 2 pumpkin cake, double dark chocolate filled

I also had an oatmeal creation with Pumpkin pie mts protein, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, splenda, and 9 pumpkin spice hershey kisses mixed in.

Also had a coldstone creation, largest size with pumpkin and cinnamon bun batter ice cream with caramel grahm crumbs, and pecans

Then had 2 homemade super fudge brownies with funfetti frosting all homemade, and the trader joes pumpkin gingersnap ice cream mouth fulls........these are AWESOME!

If I read that correctly, first atta boyyyy & second I would suggest:

- sushi & donuts
- stack of pancakes with cookie butter
- Double cheeseburger or 2 Burgers & a pint of ice cream
- Philly cheesesteak & a sundae
- box of cereal

I am feelin cereal myself, maybe next weekend if I don't get more donuts ha

I think you should have a cheat meal every week not day

Because you struggle to eat properly and grow your relationship With food is still not good.
You struggle with eating properly and are afraid to do so to grow which is your goal

Instead you undereat as you have emailed me and wrote in here and try to make it up on the weekend
With your intake you could fit in nearly anything!
I would opt For a cheat weekly and increasing your intake

Once you start to eat properly , fuel your gains, practice moderation you will see your best results in and out of the gym. I know we have talked about this alot but its time to man up B.

Perry's pumpkin pie ice cream with TJ's pumpkin-y pumpkin bites and whipped cream. After I took the picture and started eating I thought it was missing something so i smashed a pepperidge farm pumpkin cheesecake cookie on it too.

Overall this is a win-win from start to finis.. The unique blend of a cheesecake base, cinnamon pastry pieces, and an icing flake makes this different on the Graeter's line. Not many ice creams offer a cheesecake base, or can provide the richness Graeter's does in their ice cream. Take a new york style cheesecake, add a vanilla icing (icing flakes), and a strong blend of cinnamon sugar pieces like a graham cracker crust. Man this was awesome. Graeter's is known for the signature chocolate chips, but after trying this. They need to invest in more Cheesecake Bases with sweet complimentary mix-ins. Hands down a top 3 flavor next to Buckeye & Cookies and Cream. Black Raspberry may have moved to my #4 overall flavor.
