This changes often for me but I've recently been enjoying sliced brisket, jalapeno sausage, ribs (all prepared TX bbq style) yellow potato salad, cornbread stuffing, yeast rolls drowning in honey butter, jalapeno boracho beans, pecan pie and beer to wash it all down. Dirty Bastard's Wee Heavy Scotch Ale has been my go to recently.

Went to my Walmart this morning, they had the s'mores oreos. didnt bring enough cash to get them, but I will get them tomorrow so I can review them for you guys

Yes, it's not super strong but noticeable... Creme is creamier than other flavours. Together the combination works.
Boosting my rating to 9-9.5 after eating a few.

S'mores Oreo & Caramel Popcorn Crunch Cereal

the cereal is spot on description. You get a strong caramel taste right away and a small buttery aftertaste. Kind of reminded me a bit of a stronger dulce de leche flavoring to start but the caramel really take over then the small faith buttery aftertaste.

S'mores Oreo - Classic Vanilla Oreo, the chocolate cream overpowers the marshmallow which is like a 80/20 blend (80% chocolate, 20% marshmallow) its faint but its still present, basically a vanilla oreo with chocolate and a small marshmallow after taste. Reese PB Oreos are still the GOAT (Greatest)

I felt similar on the s'mores at first but they grew on me. I see in IG you think "graham" taste is barely there.

I use quotes because I also thought it was too mild a taste, if you pull the cookie apart it hits you a little more.

~1 pint chicken salad
~1/2 pint smoked salmon salad
5 huge chocolate chip cookies
4 huge snickerdoodle cookies
4 huge oatmeal raisin cookies
8 petite palmiers
4 large blueberry muffins
3/4 sleeve rosemary crackers
6-8 oz cheddar/swiss/havarti/gouda cheese
1 pint Graeter's bourbon pecan chocolate chip

Oh, and some grilled asparagus, artichokes, peppers, zucchini, and squash

Over about 2 hours with no attempt at preferential nutrient partitioning. Bring on the bloat

your on shift to? i been dropping pretty fast to lol haven't changed anything either aside from adding shift. down 2lbs since last week, still on 2400 cals, P 225 C 250 F 55, even with a 400 carb refeed on saturday. how much cardio you doing now?

Nope.. i am on no fat burning supps and have not been on any for 5+ weeks.

I actually spotted original, dark chocolate and chewy caramel Tim tam's at a local grocery store, never Kew they were in Canada lol .. Auslifter those flavours any good?

Real food cheats has to be a CPK pizza. As far as candy, tarty stuff like smarties and bottle caps. Luckily the good tart-style candy is harder to find than chocolate or else it would be harder to rein in the cheat meals.
 
Heading to pittsburgh next weekend to film some videos with Kyle Hunt and Kyle hunt fitness.
Oh man, have not been there in a while but man i am hitting up some places i have had on my bucket list for a while.
