Greek yogurt whipped with protein is great. I was having it 2 times a day when I had JYM s'mores. Me thinks Celluor s'mores will be even better :run:

I was eating yogurt everyday for over a year. Even tho I love whipped yogurt, I won't touch any anymore. :traumatized:

Not a fan of Haagen Dazs ice creams for the same price and calories I can buy better, but their Gelato line does have a few hits.

First I liked their Stracciatella, and now this little gem if you are a Banana fan.

They don't use as many mix-ins as say Ben and Jerry's (which is one reason I dislike their ice creams) but in a Gelato this is no issue. Its all about getting the right texture and base flavour.

This banana destroyed BnJ Chunky Monkey in my opinion. caramelized banana taste strong throughout, and dark chocolate chip bits as you can see they did not skimp on

Worth trying if you like Banana.

(I also recommend Stracciatella but was not a fan of any others at all)

Haha that's legit... Some of those plates have some room for more tho ;) double stack on every plate is where it's at.

I worked with a few guys from the Western football team here and they would head to the buffet in groups and clean the place out

I know from reading this thread that a lot of you guys love to go through a box or two of cereal for a cheat meal / carb load. Me .... not too into the cereal but I thought this was worth posting. My lady is a coupon queen of the highest order .... she can stretch a penny more than most. But tonight was her best .... one trip to safeway ..... 27 boxes of cereal .... only paid $3.61 !!!!! I am not sure how she does it .... ends up going through and doing it in multiple transactions, etc.... she has tried to explain it to me but I leave it up to her ..... for obvious reasons. So considering the abundance of cereal we have in the house now I may have to do a box or two carb up next week .... currently carb cycling so my next refeed may be more your guys style ;)

I love "game" meats... Venison is one of the most common (2nd to bison) & affordable ones if you can get it. Its so lean and tasty, great on a diet phase. Give it a try.

A rarity is coming, I am cooking up a full spread meal and dessert for a birthday in two days.

Thinking some creamy cajun fettuccini, bacon mashed potatoes, apple-wood planked pork chops..
Not sure on a dessert yet though. Any ideas?

I follow several sites that send daily emails about stuff like that. It seems like Safeway always has crazy deals. Too bad there are none around me.

Yeah .... she definitely knows how to work the coupon deals! I just stay at home and let her work her magic .... and then reap the rewards ;) I am a lucky man
