ooo jenis looked good, i have not had handles so i cannot comment but im tellin you man this stuff was legit..still have one in my freezer last one till next year :-(

Damn dude, I can go to mine and pick some up for you if you want. I have to go sometime in the next few days. They have the High protein one to has like 14 grams of protons per serving with 30 carbs.
 
I grabbed a box on my visit South, pretty good stuff.
Wouldn't compare to the extra fluffy you seem to normally use but for a better macro option it is damn good.

Those dark chocolate pancakes look bomb btw.

On another note I was looking at Facebook and wtf it seems my ex-wife learned how to cook b1tch cooked twice in the 4 years we were together and gave me food poisoning both times. Gets knocked up by a Mexican now she's making turkeys and sh1t.

Its really good man, lots of quality places to choose from. can recommend a ton of great places, some more expensive than others but worth it. depends on what your after i guess.

Love Shepard's pie.
Had it at least once a week growing up whenever my dad had to cook us dinner, Irish meat & potatoes kind of guy

Never had it with sweet potatoes, may try that out
