Here's roughy what I ate after a competition in 2013, I had been dieting for 12 weeks, did a MP competition, decided I could get leaner and signed up for the next show, which was 3 weeks later, continued to diet and depleted even more. As anyone who competes can probably imagine/knows when you're dieting hard/competing food becomes a psychological thing, my diet at that time was extremely strict (I've changed this a bit now)...once you allow your self to eat you will notice you can eat mass amounts, your body basically has no "off switch" no "i'm full" or "satisfied" switch, it's pretty crazy. The best part is what I ate is half of what I've seen some bodybuilders eat LOL. Immediately After prejudging: Reese Homemade rice krispy treat. Homeade PB&J chocolate cups Reese's pieces Cookies Coffee cake ESTIMATED 2,000 cals. two hours later: Five guys triple stack bacon cheeseburger Cajun Fries Cinnabun (peacn bun) White chocolate mocha latte ESTIMATED 3,300 cals. Finals went down (I took 3rd place in this show, which was already determined at prejudging, which is why i decided to go nuts before "finals" lol) After Finals: Large Pepperonie and sausage pizza Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Donut-man cream filled doughnut. ESTIMATED 3,000 cals. I was quite proud of myself at the time and even calculated all of it 8,300 calories 300 protein/900 carbs/430 fat. And keep in mind before prejudging I also carb loaded. *that was not a healthy way of doing things and I don't recommend it. Of course I felt pretty ehh after eating all that...but didn't throw up and/or feel awful like a lot of people do post show. Now I am more conservative with my post show "cheat meals" haha
The worst part about that is you actually calculated out your cheat meal lol.
@ The Solution
DUDE. I love the pound cake idea....I have GOT to start baking with protein powders.
It's in a Tupperware
How else can I show everything in one pic lmao
Knowing your presentation, I was expecting a long elegant glass and having everything layered like a parfait haha.
For some reason on my carb nites I have to have pop tarts lately
Cheesecake is my favorite food of all time and macadamia nut is delicious, but damn. Toomuchwhipcream/10
I've never been to The Cheesecake Factory before. The nearest one is about 55 minutes from where I live. I've heard mixed things about the food. That is why I haven't gone. As much as I love cheesecake, I can't justify driving an hour for some cheesecake when their are some local places with awesome cheesecake and food.My friend got the Smores Cheesecake (limited) and new.it was hands down destroying the white choc one by a large margin. The graham cracker crust was infused with chocolate chipsit was unreal.
