What is your favorite cheat meal?

Ive started bodybuilding for 2 months im new to this ive been on a clean cutting diet im getting great resualts so far..but one thing the chicken breast is expenisive and im going trew it like crazy i was wondering if i can swith to chicken tight much cheaper by the pound. Would i get the same results eneybody eats dark meat on dieting like i iam.

Alternate ur proteins, as far as the thigh, well it's way more fat than white meat.

Why do you slave yourself to ratios? They have 0 merit
Your caloric surplus or deficit is what matters, not how you do it (Carb cycling or straight macros)
Get 1g/lb of protein, at least 20% of your diet from fats, rest carbs, or shift more fats and less carbs based off what you feel better on.
Its simple.
 
Iam consumeing 242g of protine 242g carbs 51g of fats. At 2356 calories.. iam 5'11 170lb. Ive been loseing weight but way to slow i been getting results but still have some fat in my stomach i whant a six pack.

Yes i did my caculations my bmr × intansity etc.. my maintannece cal are 2800 so i took 500 cal away ive lost 5 pounds so far but this couple of weeks ive just lost half a pound..i started at 175

Dropping 500 out of the gate was too much
And you wont lose on the same kcals forever, adjust your diet or cardio
 
I go really hard at the gym with high intansity bro. I dont do cardio as much dont really whant to lose muscles just bf...

Cardio does not lose muscle, a prolonged diet over a long period of time will. small bouts of HIIT have shown to increase muscle mass and raise metabolism as a FYI You should do some research.
Nobody knows your true amount because we dont follow your progress, we dont follow your workouts, we dont know your overall NEAT, weight, height etc, There are far too many variables.
Some people at 175 can eat 3000 and lose, some have to get to 1900 or so to start losing. The human body is not a textbook.

As I continued to plow through this pint the vanilla base started to stand out the more I got to try it. It had a very nice vanilla/cake batter like taste to it that reminded me a touch of the Coldstone Cake Batter base but more with a vanilla bliss. How Wegmans combined the two flavors really made it stand out with the other mix-ins they did provide which were dense, packed with flavor, and really hit the spot if you are a Peanut Butter Junkie. The Caramel was a great inclusion, it could of did well with a fudge swirl as well to compliment the vanilla/PB but either way this pint is a must pick up. Being I am a huge PB Fan, this was one of the better ones I have had that is peanut butter based.

Hey the solution i have a ? On my none training days wich are 2 days out the week for best results. Do i still eat all my meals to hit my macros.. or do i eat less then on my training days.. like cut of 1 cup of brown rice and like a banana i usally have 2 a day and 2 cups of rice a day..with my protiens and veggies supplements etc...

Just to be honest, I think that your thinking way too much into this. Try some different methods out and see what works for you. Everyone's different.

I bought a semi-commercial grade ice cream machine (approx $250). I make protein ice cream several times a week. You can control whatever macros are in it by adjusting the ingredients. It keeps me same and controls my urges to cheat.

Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

Dry:
60g (2 Scoops) Cellucor PB Marshmallow Whey
2g Cinnamon
5g Baking Powder
3g Splenda
Dash Sea Salt
16g SF/FF Pudding Mix

Wet:
1-15oz Can of LIbby's Pumpkin
1 Egg
2 Whites
50g Greek Yogurt
Dash of Almond Milk
Dash Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
Combine all Dry Ingredients above (Whey, SF/FF Pudding Mix, Splenda, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Sea Salt) in a mixing bowl
Add in Wet Ingredients (Egg, Egg Whites, Greek Yogurt, Almond Milk, Vanilla, and Can of Libby Pumpkin)
Spray down 8” Springform Pan with Cooking Spray
Transfer Mixture to Springform Pan and Bake.
Heat in oven for 40-45 Minutes until it comes out clean with a toothpick (may crack a bit)

Bake at 350 for 30minutes then 300 for 25minutes

Allow to cool for 30-45 minutes
Sit in fridge to settle for at least 3-4 Hours.

Macros:

Calories ~ 590
Protein ~ 70g
Carbs ~ 55g
Fat ~ 10g

Made some cookies and cream pop tart sandwhiches. Put some cookies and cream slow churn ice cream between them. Total fat is just about 12gr each. Solid treat for refeeds. Also did vanilla with low-fat strawberry pop tarts (warmed those up a little) and those are only like 6 per sandwhich
Those sound amazing! I want to try the strawberry ones!

As I continued to dig down the pint it was surly one of my favorites going through it. The base is top notch, a great banana flavor that is dense and packs an amazing banana afteraste like a true ripe banana out of the grocery store. Throw in a marshmallow ribbon that is not overpowering but just enough to compliment the pint with overall flavoring. The Fudge Ribbons are dense, very thick and almost like graeters chocolate chips at some point due to the richness/thickness in size. As the pint gets lower and lower the thickness of the swirl picks up to the point you are eating chunks of fudge. Not that I mind that, but it just amplifies the more you get towards the bottom. The Peanut Butter cups were killer, They are not as frequent as you would hope (i think i got maybe 8 tops) but they are not halved they are full little peanut butter cups you would get at a grocery store. These were not hard as a rock, but on the softer side and had a great peanut butter filling like a peanut butter truffle would be. Overall hands down one of the best pints I have had in a long time and may even crack my top 10 overall. Everything in this pint just went together very well and complimented each other perfectly. Off to pick up S'mores and see how this goes!
