What is your favorite cheat meal?

Tried the pb core series yest...really good....couldve done much better with the hazlenut one, still good though....also enjoyed a salted caramel from a local ice cream shop...super good...sooo creamy

Graters is stll king.

I thought the caramel core one was msh, but the pb core one was really good. haven't tried the hazelnut one yet
 
My favorite cheat meal has been ice cream and pizza.

I figured it would change over time, but it's been the same for many years.

I just started working out i heard the only time to cheat on meal ounce a week is when ur body stop looseing weight so to trick ur body eat 1000 calories over. But i just starting and im still looseing weight im on a 40 40 20 split and i was wondering if i can make a cheat day even if my body is not goin into a platue.?

first of all
you dont need ratios
you just need to meet fiber/fat/protein minimums and fill in the rest with what needs suited.
2nd you can take a cheat if your gaining or losing (goal) its called moderation. We dont colect paychecks for dieting on our own or trying to build size or missing meals etc. Real life > counting kcals. None of us will ever go pro in this sport or become an IFBB Pro.

Molten Chocolate & Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies with a Molten Chocolate/Mint Chocolate Chip Frosting:

Ingredients:

Dry:
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
20g Molten Chocolate Whey
20g Mint Chocolate Chip Whey
95g Complete Pancake mix

Wet:
2 Egg White
1 Whole Egg
25g Greek Yogurt
95g Almond Milk

Frosting:
50g Greek Yogurt
50g Regular Yogurt
10g Molten Chocolate Whey
10g Mint Chocolate Chip Whey


Directions:

Pre-Heat Oven to 350

Mix all Dry (Whey, SF/FF Pudding Mix, Pancake Mix, Splenda, and Baking Powder) In one large bowl

Separate Eggs into a separate bowl. Add Yogurt, Milk and Eggs to the dry bowl and use a hand blender to mix the batter. When Batter is complete you will take cooking spray and layer a pyrex dish (to bake the brownies)

Take the batter and transfer to the Pyrex dish (once coated in cooking spray) and cook for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

allow to cool after finished (for 5-10 Minutes)

Take a knife and cut into squares (Brownies) and then use your frosting as a coating the brownies

Protein ~ 50g
Carbs ~ 75g
Fat ~ 12g

Frosting:

Kcals: ~115
Protein ~ 20g
Carbs~ 7g
Fat: ~ 1g

Total:

Kcals : 725
Protein ~ 70g
Carbs ~ 82g
Fat: ~ 13g

So if im cutting stay away from bread does it matter.

just make sure you hit your minimum protein for the day and have all the bread you like I guess
