Golden Corral is the ultimate cheat day/meal! I'm bulking right now and went there last Wednesday. Needed to use the bathroom right after though, says something about the food quality.

Solution, Do you have a thread of recipes and pictures with caloric breakdowns of this stuff? If you do, let me know! If you don't, then you should make one! Who needs cheat meals when you have recipes like that! Plus you from the pittsburgh area? Noticed that you posted pics from the restaurant! I am 40 min south!

10 Plates of Sirlion/Chicken + potatoes, rice, mac n cheese, meatloaf, gravy potatoes, bread, spaghetti etc.
1 Plate of dessert and a few cupcakes in my hand on the way out

Next time I go to the chinese buffet I'm taking pics. Crab rangoon, beef and broccoli, red critters (those red "chicken" on a stick), all types of the chicken, egg rolls. Holy **** I love chinese.

I was only able to put down 5 full plates. My bros from work were excited to take me there to see how much I could put down..I disappointed them and myself but still was alot of food...13 plates that's insane bro lol

I'd like to see the recipes, I have a YOUtube channel also. I will subscribe, like I said I won't need cheat meals with those sick recipes. Awesome stuff brother! Yah been up to erie 100's of times for the Lake trout! Erie is like 2 hours from here. If anyone wants a good "Cheat meal," go to buca de bepa (SP?) small chain homestyle restaurant that a spaghetti dish is 2 lbs of pasta and 2 ten ounce meatballs. (meant to be shared, but ehh if your hungry.. go GLUTINOUS!)

Depending on your perspective, you could look at it as your body needed something. When your last 'cheat' was and how you'be been training, as well as your hydration and sleep quality the night before, all affect cravings.

eh...bet you'll have a long intense workout session. Don't sweat it too much, 1 fk up won't make you obese. And 1 perfect day won't make you a cover model

A binge and cheat are two different things.
Having a cheat day is retarted, having a single cheat meal is beneficial.
Binging and cheating for the full day wont aid you regardless of your goal that is more along the lines of no self control and justifying your diet with restricting sources on a daily basis and causing you to cave in and give in and also go way overboard.
A very unhealthy and unethical practice..
Yea thanks for the update bud that was the whole point in saying I'm not having an unplanned cheat day anymore cause it just leads to bad things well at least for me

To cheat the entire day is YOUR fault because you control what you eat,
who said one bad meal wont hurt you. no one.
No one forces you to eat cake, cookies and junk all day long , that is personally your decisoin to do so, not anyone else's fault but yourself and your actions.
One meal = Fine
A whole day or a binge = Your problem and responsibility.
I don't think you understand what I'm trying to say I know one cheat meal is fine I always have one planned a week today I just so happened to cave in but I don't care one splurge isn't going to effect me at all were all human we all give in once in awhile and why you feel the need to criticize my post or anyone else's in this thread idk this thread is a simple place not asking for advise and to share with your fellow am members how you cheat if I was concerned with what I did and want advise I would have made another thread asking for it but I'm not concerned with it once so ever
Im not criticzing, but you said an unplanned cheat turned into an entire day, why not adjust your intake for the rest of the day instead of continuing your actions? Thats all i am asking.
The individual that chooses to do so is the one responsible for their actions. Nobody is forcing you to continue to cheat after a slip up, that would be on the individual themself.
Does that not make sense?
