Oh! finally hit 150 and can post pic's, this is my post workout carb meal for today. Its a Whole wheat cauliflower Mac n cheese, with a walnut, rolled oats, flax seed, and panko breadcrumb topping. Used Barilla whole wheat pasta its actually 50/50 and tastes almost like regular pasta and has 10 grams protein, 4 grams fiber.

Now that looks good! I love chicken strips and fries. Those steak fries look killer too. Did you cut them yourself or are the frozen ?
Ill second that. I'd kill a tasty healthy version of tenders and fries on the regular if I had a good recipe.

Ben n Jerrys does not have a salted carmel truffle flavor so you cant compare it. The only thing you could compare this to is Talenti Sea Salt Carmel which is a pretty damn replica of it. But Talenti SSC is the best carmel/truffle mix-in pint you will have with it being a gelato.
Last summer I had somewhat of a dairy queen addiction, double fudge cookie dough large blizzards were a 3-4 time a week occurrence. One time I somehow convinced myself I would make it better for me by adding my protein powder to it haha, perfect post workout if my diet could fit an 1100 calorie snack on top

Right on. I've been seeing alot of cauliflower use as pizza crusts and other stuff. I'm thinking about experimenting with that as a chicken coating in place of breading. I'm so damn sick of chicken that i gotta be creative with it and totally mask the flavor or its torture getting it down. Other then wings and other fried chicken varieties i can't stand the flavor of the meat. I've turned to ground turkey for almost all my poultry protein nowadays.

My favorite cheat meal has to be qdoba or chipotle burritos. I could literally eat them every damn day and not get tired of them.
Chipotle isn't a cheat in most cases
Qdoba has brown rice (guessing chipotle would too)and if you go with the burrito bowl and skip out or go light on the sour cream and cheese then your good
I know...that's why I'm saying I don't consider it cheating
My favorite cheat meal at the moment is an 8ball if the Peruvian pink flake and as many free casino drinks as possible.

Online calorie tracker, fit into your calories = wow that was hard
a Chinese entree + ice cream = something not so easy to track and well over your kcals (the point of a cheat meal) its supposed to be uncounted and something off your normal diet. a Chipolte is not really a cheat considering its #1 overpriced and 2 you can get some decent stuff, but loaded as all hell with sodium.

50?! Holy crap! I get down about 18 at BW3s with a tall beer and and celery and I'm stuffed. Damn you guys and your fast metabolisms!!
50 is nothing, i can eat 10-18 in a heart beat. it takes honestly 2 bites for a chicken wing to clean it clear.

ust made my best batch of protein pancakes, delish, pumpkin pie protein plus canned pumpkin added in, fluffiest ones yet too.......yummy!!!
