Oh hells yeah!!! I made chilie on Monday and I'm gonna make cauliflower mac n cheese tomorrow. I use Braille whole grain pasta it's 50% white 50% wheat you can't tell the difference like with most whole wheat pasta (no strong flavor) and there's 7g protein and 6 g fiber per 2 oz serving.

50g Complete Pancake Mix
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
10g Whey
3g Splenda
Baking Powder

30g Greek Yogurt
1 Egg
Vanilla Extract
25g Cool Whip

Pudding:

170g Yogurt (Carbmaster)
30g Whey
Diced Strawberries

Macros

570 Calories
9g Fat
70g Carbs
52g Protein

Hey Solution! I made some protein frosting with Cellucor Cookies 'N Cream to put on top of some protein brownies I made last night. The frosting itself tasted even better than the brownies lol. :)

I always wonder about the print shops that make menus for ethnic food resteraunts. Do they proof read before they print at all ,or do they purposely leave errors in grammar that are broken english common to those of the nationality that owns the establishment because its funny? Even printed on the signs sometimes lol.

I made a cooler full of my baked goods (as you saw in this thread) and he was devouring them with some IFBB Pro Chick (Dana Bailey i think her name was from MHP?)

Went out to dinner Friday after expo with Cellucor Crew/Team, the paid i got their biggest steak, potato, veggie
chicken salad
Went to Jenni's for Ice Cream before that
And had a slice of oreo cheesecake that some guy brought to me from gourmet bakery in west virgina

I sampled all 30 flavors of Jenni's Premium Ice Cream.. The original factory in Columbus! they are like 10$ a pint of ice cream.

On vacation in Florida, got "The Big Ben" 16 oz cod with "chips". All my team mates were cashing out by the end of the first filet.

Jenni's is labeled some of the best ice cream in the United States. here is me sampling all 30 flavors. Google it.. its insane.. They are like 10-12$ a pint of ice cream. VERY RICH the best chocolate you will ever taste.

Dry:60g Complete Pancake Mix

2g Baking Soda

Wet:
1 Egg White(Whipped to a Stiff Peak and folded into final batter)
60g Almond Milk Water to batter consistency

Then topped with Cinnamon Roll Carbmaster Yogurt, Chocolate Syrup, and diced bananas

Haven't had Kim chi in a while taste great on anything.

I've been addicted to Valentina hot sauce for about a year now comes in half gallon bottles I go through one a month, before that it was sriracha for about two years but got burnt out on it. I usually keep about 10 different hot condiments in my cupboard at all times.

FYI for all you fried rice fans get some sambal oelek, it's in the Asian section of grocery stores adds amazing flavor.
 
Oh! finally hit 150 and can post pic's, this is my post workout carb meal for today. Its a Whole wheat cauliflower Mac n cheese, with a walnut, rolled oats, flax seed, and panko breadcrumb topping. Used Barilla whole wheat pasta its actually 50/50 and tastes almost like regular pasta and has 10 grams protein, 4 grams fiber.

Valentina is good I'm a big cholula fan. Cholula and catchup mixed is awesome on frys and burgers

cholula is our go to at work, I'll have to try the ketchup cholula, that does sound good.
