Okay guys I had the ultimate cheat meal this weekend. I started off at Applebee's and ordered their three
cheese chicken penne pasta for dinner then I went to Bruster's and ate a strawberry shortcake sundae
This was a ton of calories but that's what a cheat meal is all about. Until next time good people!

That whole meal was around 1000 calories
I eat around 3200-3300 kcals a day
250g protein
around 475g carbs
45-50g fat

Macros i have been on for my entire offseason so far after dieting on around 2000 calories towards the end of my prep for my show that was in july. Jason Theobald is my contest prep coach/nutritionist, so he has had his eye on me for 3 years.. believe me we have tried every dietiing method.

Not even close to a cheat.... Everything was caluclated out...

Good recipe for Valnetines day.. not very calorie heavy:

Cinnamon Swirl Risotto

Invalid Link Removed

Recipe

75g Dry Rice (I used white)
1 Scoop (34g) Cinnamon Swirl Whey
100g Strawberries
3g of Splenda
Dash of Cinnamon

Directions

I used Instant rice for this dish, but if you cooked with regular white rice you would have to cook a touch longer on the stovetop.

¾ Cup of water + 75g Dry White Rice. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan and add in white rice and you will cover for 5 minutes. After a minute or two of allowing the rice to cook while covered, dice up your strawberries, and have your dry ingredients on hand next to you.

Take off the lid, throw in the diced strawberries and add the whey + Cinnamon + Splenda and mix up for a minute and put the lid back on for another 2-3 minutes (Should be cooked for 5 minutes total).

After this it is done! Instant rice is quick and easy, if you use regular white rice that may take 20-30 minutes on the stove top I would add your whey + dry ingredients + Strawberries half way through while covered so the rice soaks up the flavor.

I think that's a great recipe for Valentines Day too you are right there aren't many calories in this. I would like to have
protein pancakes for breakfast tomm with some fresh fruit added on top I would use Muscle GAuge Nutrition's Pure Whey
Isolate Strawberry flavor and also add some cocoa too. I think that gives it an added kick. Not a cheat but a good meal

Send one of your famous pies this way ;) that chicken fajita one looked killer!!

Alright TS, you inspired me with your pancakes. So I just created my own batter and made a huge stack of protein pancakes after a 22 hour fast. They were delicious. 1 scoop Cinnamon trutein, ground cinnamon, 3 servings ground flax seed, 2 cups rolled oats, 1.25 cups egg whites, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup almond milk, & 3/4 cup cottage cheese all thrown into a blender to create the batter.

To top it off I had another 11.5 oz chicken breast with guacamole on top on the side. Ill post up a picture I took when I get to my computer. The picture isn't too good but I swear this new recipe I made made pancakes that were better than any protein pancakes I've ever made.

Looks like the pic came up, wish I would've known it was THAT ****ty and I would've taken another one. The picture truely doesn't do it justice. It was a big ass plate, about 1500 cals total. There was also 2 tbsp total of almond butter spread between random pairs of pancakes. With walden farms calorie free choco syrup on top.

So what type of cheating did you guys do on Valentine's Day. What were your meals like? I know I didn't want to
over do it so i just had some chocolate covered strawberries and also some regular chocolate so pretty light but
I ate a Publix sub today roast beef and had some veggies to top it all off too. I think it was a pretty good day.

Your major mistake
Using oats.. which dont rise like Complete Pancake Mix or Flour
cottage cheese = no rise, it kills rising and binds the product down to make flat pancakes.

Try the recipe above and try folding in an egg white.. You will get them to rise 100x more..

llke this:

No cheat yesterday.. mine is today.....
