What is your favorite cheat meal?

None taken bud. I don't really cheat. I have planned out, low fat high carb refeeds. I subbed 2 bags of baked lays for this. So, technically this was a cheat meal.

Totaled about 70gr carbs, 2gr fat and 15gr protein? I know, i'm crazy.

The Caramel Apple Donut contains a typical glazed donut top, but with a dense flaky pastry helps enhance the overall experience. The caramel glaze provides a sweet kick, and nice compliment to the doughy and buttery croissant. The real winner is the apple filling inside the croissant. The filling has a cinnamon aftertaste, but a rich apple pie flavoring. I really liked this one over the snickerdoodle I had in the past. The cheesecake is rich, and packs a dense pumpkin flavor. There are hints of cinnamon and nutmeg in each and every bite. For those who love the trifecta of pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg all found within a pumpkin cheesecake or pie. This will be a hit.

I got it yesterday on my way home from work, and ate it today. Just like I even told you I would in a text message when you asked about it.
That is why I posted my review today after I ate it this morning.
M-Saturday I am strict with what I consume. Sunday's are flexible.
Unfortunately my intake throughout the week is so low, it does not allow for much wiggle room unlike yourself who has a much greater metabolism and caloric maintenance.

Does your walmart not sell cookies, donuts, pies and other assorted baked goods by the breads, bagels, and wraps? It should be right around that area.

You might not live near a Walmart Supercenter. Non-SC Walmart's don't really carry groceries, nor do they have a deli, bakery, etc. Not every Walmart around me (Northeast Ohio) is a Supercenter. But I just moved close to one, so I'm loving life
