What is wrong with your shipping????

I placed an order on Sep 10th and noticed that it took 2 days for process and now i found out something unbeliabable, IT IS JUST GETTING SHIPPED!!! UPS has not even picked up the package. It makes me really mad because I am out of protein and now I have to wait another week. I count on ATW service, that is why order form you guys. I cannot complain about the quality which is great but it definetely does not go with your service and shipping policy. If you dont have the product in stock why not indicate it?? that will be nice. I also contacted you in regards of this and got no answer. Now I have to wait for it to arrive on Sep. 22!!!. If I had know about this I would definetely had cancele my order or not place one at all. Before posting this I notice that I am not the only one on this situation. By the way, this is not the first time I order from you guys. My order is yhst-85449379002131-7741.

I apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of notification. Here is what is going on:

With the help of our customers, All The Whey has grown alot in recent months and we are experiencing growing pains with our suppliers of raw materials that we use to manufacture our product as well as suppliers of packaging to pack our product and ship it to you. There have been several failures in service to us and unfortunatley this has resulted in delays in shipping to you.

Just as one example we had a 1 week delay in delivery of our containers we use to package our product, 2lb, 5lb jars etc. It took a driver over a week to drive from Quebec to here outside of Philly. Needless to say we are actively securing service with another provider as we can't tolerate the delay this is causing our cusomers to endure.

There are several other examples too.

Obviously we can't anticipate these problems ahead of time and when we are assured that they will be resolved asap, we can't posibly notify customers on something we are not sure may or may not happen.

Steps have been taken to rectify all of the issues and this coming week we should be completely caught up on orders. As a matter of fact we have a large crew in the warehouse right now on a Saturday kicking out orders as I type this.

I appreciate your patience as we resolve these issues in an effort to serve our loyal customers.
