Can someone please explain to me what this compound is. 2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3b,17b-diol. Is this epistane or another prohormone? Any help greatly appreciated!

It looks like a combo between epi and halo. It has the 2a,3a- epithio instead of the 4-chloro.

Is that possible to even create a mix of 2 prohormones? sorry fellas, I'm relatively new to all of this.

It's most likely some nomenclature error not a mix of 2 prohormones for the original post.
Can you have a "mix" of 2 prohormones/designer steroids, sure you can call it that but realistically it's just a compound with similar chemical structures not 2 different ones mixed together.
Like that first nomenclature probably isn't an actual compound but it looks to be 2 compounds names mashed together.
Epistane(which can be written many different ways but this one most clearly represents it's structure)
2a,3a epitio 17a methyl 17b hydroxy 5a androstane
M14ADD(ph to dianabol)
17a methyl androst 1,4 diene 3(could be a or b, typically represented with b),17b diol
