What is this compound?

19-Hydroxy-9 alpha-methyl 4,20 dione

A friend gave me a bottle of this and I'm having problems finding anything on it. The product contains this stuff and tren. Is it a safe compound to use? The products called Methyl-Tren Depot but it's not the XT it's a older version.

Hmm I found the XT ingredient list and it says 19-Hydroxy-99lpha-methyl 4,20 dione

Which looks like a typo.. Anyways i searched that compound and someone asked about it and patrick arnold responded saying that it was a nonsense structure.
