does anyone know how much T3 needs to be taken to match the thyroid's normal output? suppose normal activity has stopped, how much does it take to be at normal physiological levels?
It depends on what your normal levels test at. Usually when a doctor prescribes T3 or T4 they start the dosages low and build up...usually starting at .25 mg.
