What is the most Lb. gained in one cycle?

As an ecto-morph myself, I understand the calorie needs of one of us skinny bastards. let me tell you dude, 3000 cals is cuttin-eatin, if you want to gain push it up to 5000, eat red meat! Ground beef is like 75 cals an ounce. That's 1200 cals a pound. To get 3600 cals a day of just beef cost's less than ten bucks! Plus Brown rice? Getting to 5000 isn't that expensive, especially at Cosco. :spam:is cheap too.

Early 2006. I went from 194 to 208 and a 10 week cycle of Deca 250 (500mgs a week). Lost a few lbs during the summer then went back on in the fall and jumped to 217lbs. Thats the heaviest I've ever been. Then I finished college in Dec 2006 and got a "real" job out of state. I was broke as **** living on my own. Virtually starved to death and had no money for supps or food for that matter. Weight dropped to the low 190's lbs. Landed my dream job in May of 2008 and NOW WE AIN'T HUNGRY NO MORE!!!!!

if you dont understand the post, well that is your issue with yourself. my blood work has always come back fine, and everything according to the doctor is tip top. but thanks. you believe the media hype about steroids, i'll stick with data based facts and blood work.

I understood the posts, they were just irrelevant: in them you showed you do not know how to eat adequately, and then explained the most basic tenets of sports nutrition. I just failed to see how they were a justification for not only doing steroids at 145lbs, but failing to keep any measurable amount of weight once off of them. I'm also aware of the reliable scientific data on steroids in healthy humans [what little there is] but that is completely unrelated to your use of them, which was the point.

Look, I am not going to argue with you any longer - it is none of my concern. Whether you have a B.Sc in Exercise Science or a Ph.D in Whirling Dervishes is entirely secondary to the point that you need to seriously and competently review your training, nutrition and cycle strategies if you are 175lbs after five full cycles.

Epistane, 20/30/40/40, 22 lbs kept 18. that was after a very serious cut though

without cutting before. presently finishing a P-plex/epi 6 week. so far, 15 pounds.

man...guys we are not trying to be d!cks here...well maybe a little....but its obvious you havent spent enough time actually bodybuilding to be taking steroids....now i know everyone is different and jbry i know you think your personal physiology wouldnt allow you to grow....but cmon! I am appalled to see statements like that coming from someone who is majoring in your field. you topped out at eating 3000 cals a day and dont want or cant eat more to stimulate growth......so you chose to use steroids instead? i agree 100% with mullet....it appears that you know the basics but for some reason think the basics dont apply to you....i dunno what to tell you bro....maybe take up golf! And juicedup...what can i say man....wrong place, wrong time! Guys, when i started bodybuilding i was 135 lbs at 5'9....i learned about diet and training and voila!!!....two and a half years of eating 5000-6000 cals a day put me at 185 and a lower bodyfat....that was natty. I dont want to talk about your genetics or problems....because i can guarantee ive already overcome whats stopping you now....

I dont want to hear the labor pains....i just want to see the baby!!!!!!!!!
