What is the difference between pump spray and 11 spray

I've been reading a lot on these two products. They seem like they do similar things. What is the consensus on the differences between these two products.
 
Pump Spray has 25% less AUA and has Triacetyl adenosine making up the balance. The TAA adds and increased pump and vascularity component as well as the fat reduction
