That is Oxymesterone (Methylandrostenediolone). Looks like bb.com made its way here. That Bruce Kneller is stiring things up again over there. I think that is the version that is regulated by Sched. III. of the 1990 act.
 
Kneller is apparently trying to cause problems.

If one purchased a MOHT, then it is a 7aa and not a 17aa.
