What is the best way to cycle rpn havoc??

I have looked all over the place and nobody really agrees on how many mgs for havoc?? I need help deciding right now I only have one bottle because of money right now so what would be the best cycle for 1 bottle of havoc? Please let me know and I know I should have thought about it before buying it was kinda a spur of the moment deal since I found it pretty cheap... All help would be appreciated!

20/30/30/40 or 30/30/30/30. Have a serm for your pct. Also have a good cycle support and some taurine. Watch out for your nips during pct as rebound can happen.

The dosing won't be optimal but if it's one of your first cycles it could still be a good run. Start the dose low and taper up to get at least a 5 week cycle. 10/20/30/30/40. If possible get another bottle and run 30 mg daily for a full 8 weeks.
