What is the best time to take SD

I am doing 2 weeker of SD at 10mg then 2 weeks off and then another 2weeks at 20mg and workout around 7pm. I am experimenting to try minimise shutdown. So in reguard to this what would be the best time to take dosage, keeping in mind sd has a 8hr half life. First thing in morning eg 6.30am or before workout at 7pm. Would taking it early so it is "out of system" in 16hrs give my body a chance to produce its own hormone even if its only 8hrs and therefore help hold off shutdown for longer and recover quicker??
 
i dont think your plan is that good idea. even if u run two weeks at 10mg you are still going to need a pct for at least 2 weeks, which should include nolva. so if you are running a two weeker + two weeks of pct, that gives a month. and the general time off before another cycle is time on + time off. so u would have to wait a month to run the next cycle. just run it straight through. u can go 10/10/10, 10/10/20, 10/20/20 if u want. i would personally take it, if u are running 10mg before workout. remember the half life of a compound means the compound is still in your system, just a lesser amount. for example.

when taken 10mgs
8 hrs later- 5mgs in your system
16 hrs later - 2.5 mgs
24 hours later- 1.25 mgs
and so on.

i would honestly run it straight through. you will get the best results that way. and make sure your pct is in order as well.
 
General consensus among users seems to be to dose in the mornings to minimize suppression, as this coincides with the body's natural hormonal production. As a disclaimer I will note that I have never used before.

just to point something out..not trying to be an ass or anything..but..shutdown will happen at different times for everybody. you can shut down after a couple days, a week, a month or never. when it happens it happens.

Bigpapa made some good points. I would consider his advice before going for it.

Imo, I would rather do a 3 or 4 day pulse over 2 week on 2 week off method.

(but I have yet tinkle with SD)
 
just to point something out..not trying to be an ass or anything..but..shutdown will happen at different times for everybody. you can shut down after a couple days, a week, a month or never. when it happens it happens.

I'd suggest dosing it with your pre-workout meal. That way you have the highest levels of androgens in your system immediately post-workout and for several hours thereafter (extending into sleepy time when you'll grow the most).

I wouldn't worry so much about getting shutdown, that's not really what the 2 week cycle is supposed to work around.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to liquid again.

Both Bigpapa and ozarkaBrand both made valid points. The decision is still yours on how to take, when to take, and for how long.
The only suggestions from me to you is that, not taking it too late in the day. Do not forget about cycle support supplements. And be pct ready (nolva,even if you do not use it).
 
Thanks liquid and bigpappa for you ideas.ozarkabrand. I have been following your 2 week cycle closely.Hope it works out great. Liquid i have tried a 3 days a week pulse with p-plex 2 months ago. it was good and will do it again but thought i would try this out. Like bigpapa said we are all different in our responses to steriods/recovery/shutdown etc. This is only my second cycle and i am learning from this forum aswell as trial and error (trying to minimise the error part eg Gyno) Will tell you all how it goes. Cheers
 
Great posts'. My only addition is this: some people, like me, don't even begin to notice results from most PH/S's until about week three or four. NOt sure what your experience with it is but this is why I owuld never pulse anything.
