What is THE best fat melting cardio?

high intensity interval training. Basically 15-20 minutes of interweaving all out sprint efforts with average pace stuff. Something like

50 seconds average pace speed
10 second full effort sprinting
repeat 15-20 times

there are many different varieities of hiit, i switch off every week or so, running, biking, boxing, but i lost 8% bf this past summer using hiit training a lil over 2 months
