Can somebody explain the benefits and dosage requirement of NAC and what the acronym stands for? Links to existing threads would be great as well.

NAC = n-acetyl cysteine

I'm sure you can take care of the rest now...
 
Thanks... I make a motion for the board to allow us to search for words in length of 3 characters.

Any other input anybody?

type in NAC* in the search (use the * after any 3 letter abbrev. when searching)
