Google Army Body Fat calculator, I have used it and it does not seem horribly far off even if I'm not liking the number it's giving lol.

What handheld device are you using? I've been tempted to get the Skulpt body fat scanner. Heard mixed reviews on it though.

From that pic, I'd say 20%ish? It's hard to tell tho.

I'd guess close to 30% - could you do a front picture too? You don't seem too fat, besides the gut - which sort of looks like it's bloated or being pushed out? The only reason I say such a high BF % is because of the stomach, everywhere else seems to be at around 20 +/- %
