What is best to run Deca with?

I got a second opinion on my shoulder yesterday. This second guy agrees that I do have a partial rotator cuff tear but he says it is more like frayed and that the shoulder looks really good otherwise. He said that surgery is my decision to make, that usually people with my kinda injury don't have to do surgery and get by doing PT and/or rest. He even says that many people who don't have pain at all have much worse of a partial tear than me.

Considering all this, I decided I want to try and work around my injury to strengthen everything around the partial tear. I am between doing HGH or Deca with something else.

I want to use the Deca for its anti-inflammatory/lubricant properties, but I also know I should not run it alone...in which case my dong will be worth nothing.

What do you guys recommend I mix the Deca with in terms of gains, strength?

Thanks

Deca will not improve your shoulder in the long term, only HGH can do that, and that is really a maybe at best. Deca and test is always a good combo.

your rotator cuff is a muscle

you have a torn muscle

you are planning on using something based on what you've heard it does for bones and cartiledge?

To answer your question about stacking, deca is best stacked with a low-moderate dose of testosterone due to the fact that 5-alpha-reduced nandrolone metabolites are much weaker than nandrolone itself, and when they start to bind to AR's instead of DHT, goodbye libido.

I'm thinking of trying with the Deca first because of what the doctor said about many people having the same kinda partial tear and dont have any pain. I am hoping that with the use of Deca, I will be able to work out pain-free and strengthen everything around the injury. My idea is not to push it to the edge. The two doctors did say that my partial tear is small, and the first doc said he didn't recommend surgery. The second one pretty much left it on me

Wouldn't you just let it heal instead of going on an anabolic steroids cycle, potentially making it worse?

Both doctors said the same thing...partial or full rotator cuff tears don't heal. In the case of a partial tear, you can strengthen the area around it and that way the tear will not go completely through. I think it would go worse if I go to the gym and work out as I used to before the injury, but my plans are to increase weight little by little. I have taken 3 months off at a time, twice already since last year. I injured my shoulder February of last year diving for a ball in a baseball game. I know: stupid!
Going back to the gym after not working out for 3 months was even worse.

I would focus on alot of shoulder work with no back support. You will gain much more shoulder stability this way, and work the supporting muscles much better. I would also hammer the rear delts quite hard. Pollequin has some good rear delt exercises in his stuff, my partner turned me on to them and they are quite effective. I would stay away from cables as much as possible and machines. Some people hurt their back and once they learn to strengthen it never have pain again. You may be able to take alot of pain away.

I already had a rotator cuff injury and let me tell you , nothing will solve your injury if you don't stop training, masking pain will get things worst.
Stop for at least 3 weeks , do physical therapy then start your training with low weights and maybe with deca , but if you gonna use it take it with test and dostinex cause you can have sides without them.

take it with test as the others have said...but you want the test slightly higher than the deca...if not you will still have problems with your dong

Hey nunes, thanks man. I have stopped for 3 months at a time, twice and I have also done PT and nothing. Everytime I stop working out and rest, the restart bothers me big time, and I do start very slowly. I am considering the Deca now because I have tried all the mentioned avenues with no progress. So it is tough, the doctors say the partial tear is so small that surgery is not recommended, and the non-surgical treatments haven't done the trick either. So I might have to give steroids a try, anything before surgery.

I have read that IGF-1 is good for that as well, but I have also read that HGH releasers are crap. Even some of the best have been trashed: hgen20 and GHR1000. It seems to me that if you want HGH you have to inject it, as the oral spray or tablet releasers don't look too promising.

You are right.... but the ones I'm talking about are injectables, like GHRP-6 and CJC-1295. There are good logs on both of these.

Redwolf is talking about injecting the actual hormones that stimulate pituitary release.
