I have been doing my homework on S1+, but was wondering what a good first cycle would be including PCT. And should I go with nolva or 6-oxo as PCT? BTW, I am 6' 230lbs. w/ 12-13% bf.

If I remember correctly, 5 squits is 100mg 1Test and 150mg of 4AD?
A first PH cycle would be 5 squirts twice a day, preferably right after you shower. You should see great results if you run it for 5-6 weeks.
I'd use nolva, or both nolva and 6OXO if you already have it.

i ran a 6 week cycle of 10 squirts a day for 2 weeks, 15 for 2 more, and then 20 for the last 2. loved the cycle. nolva for pct

yes worked like a charm, no bad sides, itchy nipple on the last day, was gone after 1st day of nolva. didnt feel shutdown but i can tell i still am (half way through pct right now), sex drive was gone first week of pct, at this point sex drive is coming back but still not that strong. no desire to jerk it or anything but when im with a lady then its fine.

Purevl also recommended thinking about clomid to avoid suppressed test levels. What do you guys think?

i have no idea, i have only been using nolva because i didnt wanna deal with all of the stupid emotional sides of clomid, was already having problemes dealing with a breakup, didnt need to become a crying bitch from clomid. hopefully someone else will chime in cause i would like to know more also.
