I was a huge fan of your previous format of the website. The change now has me scratching my head & it's just so hard to navigate now.
Bring back:
The Ratings next to the items.
The Reviews on the Supp page.
The Top 100.
Being able to sort by Specials.
Please give me insight here.
I spend about $3,000 a year on basic supplements so at least acknowledge me. Thanks in advance.

Yeah they also legalized gay marriage and kept this crazy insurance Obama deal in play.... One thing I've learned about recently is that people will chime in and tell you to "deal with it" and "just move on", hey "times are changing and we should too", this new website promotes more acceptance without judging people by ratings..... a lot of people have the lost the heart to stand up and fight for what's right.... Good morals have become bad somehow and bad morals have become good.... Anyhow I'm sure you won't get very far with the website changes lol rant over

Anyone know why they take so much time to ship now? I ordered my pct stuff on 5th still processing.
 
Terrible right!! I've been a very long loyal customer of Nutraplanet when it was in Fayetville. Don't know what happened to the staff, but this company has definitely gone in the wrong direction as it relates to customer service. The arrogant attitude from this company has lost my business forever. It's s shame...

I blame this Nutraplanet fiasco on Bush, tbh
 
In all honesty though, the new Nutraplanet website / business change is pure garbage. They've lost my business, and I was a loyal customer for many years.
 
used to always buy here. but the new site sucks (old site wasn't great but it was better than this). prices seem to have risen across the board. sales are crap. cs had attitude last time I inquired about an order. i know np didn't get rich off of me, but i also don't recommend them like i used to.
 
They used to be so fast, and carried everything I used. I hope it's just "transitional pains" they are going through from the change in ownership and that things get worked out. I find I'm still having to order things from various sites. It was nice to be able to order everything from one place and get a quick turnaround.
